The Editor(s) may decide to have special issues of the journal devoted to specific themes as may be dictated by conceptual, theoretical, empirical, and trending/topical developments in the field(s) covered. Special issues, which come with guidelines by editors of the issues, can also be used to attract quality articles on subjects, including proceedings of academic and professional conferences. Editors can be invited from outside members of the Editorial Board depending on the specialties of the special issues.
Similarly, sections of the journal can be devoted to book reviews (to be handled by a Book Review Editor appointed from the Editorial Board) and Special Reports on important academic and professional conferences, seminars, etc.
